  • We provide professional hair styling and makeup artistry for LGBTQ, same-sex, and all couples — including bridal party looks, gender-affirming makeup, on-site wedding day beauty, and personalized trial sessions tailored to your vision.

  • Contact us as early as possible — most couples book 9–18 months in advance to secure preferred dates and artists, especially for peak wedding seasons. Please fill out our inquiry form on our Contact Page.

  • Yes — trial sessions are not highly recommended, but they are required by WPI Beauty. this is so we can fine-tune your look and ensure you feel confident and beautiful on your big day. Trials help align style, products, and time estimates.

    In some cases, a trial can be waived if you are an out of town client or have travel/timing constraints.

  • Absolutely. Our team is experienced with all hair textures and styles and uses a range of products to suit sensitive skin, natural styles, bold looks, and everything in between. Not only do we specialize in wedding makeup and hair, WPI Beauty also curates looks for celebrities, musicians, media personality, corporate events and more.

  • Inclusive beauty means we celebrate your identity and expression — we don’t assume traditional gender roles or looks, and we tailor hair and makeup to reflect your unique style and wedding vision, not outdated norms.

  • Yes — we provide on-site hair and makeup services at venues, hotels, homes, and other preparation locations across the Twin Cities and the Chicago area so getting ready is relaxed and seamless.

  • Timing varies by look and party size, but typically allow at least 45–90 minutes per person for wedding day hair and makeup. We help build a timeline that fits your schedule adn work with wedding planners and coordinators to vibe with their vision for your wedding day.
