The Beauty Membership FAQ's
How do I book my services?
Visit warpaintinternational.com and click on BOOK NOW. From there you will select the city where you would like your services, the Beauty Membership services you’d like to book, and your date & time. If you ever have questions or difficulty accessing the scheduling system, please contact email@example.com so that we may assist you.
How far in advance do I have to book my appointment?
You may book your appointment in as little as 4 hours before your requested time as long as the booking system has a spot available to secure your appointment.
What is my cancellation policy for scheduled services?
Your cancellation period is 24 hours. The online booking system (Timely) will allow you to cancel your appointment up to the 24 hour time period. If you cancel your appointment within the cancellation period, you may reschedule your appointment. If you do not fall within the 24 time period for cancellation, you will lose the session(s) scheduled.
What areas of my city are available to be booked for members?
Beauty Membership™ clients can request service within 30 miles of the artisan's contracted city. (For New York City specifically you may request appointments anywhere within Manhattan & surrounding boroughs).
Is there a travel fee?
For appointments exceeding 30 miles from our posted location, there will be a travel fee of $0.65 per mile, round trip. The Beauty Membership™ reserves the right to deny any application substantially outside the immediate service area. Should you live outside the immediate service area, you may contact member services at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss pricing.
Can I roll my monthly services forward to the next month?
Yes! As long as you remain a membership you may roll unused appointments to the next month(s). Upon cancellation all unused appointments will expire.
Are false lashes and airbrush foundation included in my membership?
For clients on the Basic Membership, lashes and airbrush foundation are not included but can be added at the time you book your appointments. Elite & Exclusive memberships have them included in their monthly price.
How am I billed?
When you sign up for your membership, you are billed for your first month up front. Each month after that you will be automatically charged to your card on file.
Can I upgrade my membership if I'm already a member?
Yes! Simply log into your account in memberful, the billing platform we use for our membership, and upgrade your membership. Or simply email us and we can do that for you.
How do I refer others to apply for membership?
We welcome you to share The Beauty Membership™ with those within your trusted network who would contribute to and benefit from our community. At this time, our referral system is by word of mouth. For every 3 referrals you send us that sign up for The Beauty Membership™, we’ll send you the “Essential Eyes” makeup brush set from Sigma Beauty as a thank you.
If you send us a Life Member, we have something a bit more special in store.
Can my colleagues, employees or significant other use my membership?
Yes! You may give up to 4 sessions per year.
How can I make sure to receive all member updates?
To best ensure that you receive announcements of benefits and events and other updates, please add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book white list, follow us on Twitter @WarpaintMakeup, our Instagram @WarPaintBeautyAgency or on Facebook Fan Page.
How can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time. We require a 30 day notice in writing to email@example.com. Cancellation requests need to be made a full 30 days prior to your next billing date in order to avoid the next month's payment. Remember, any unused appointments/sessions will expire upon cancellation.
